Hello, my name is Celeste Marflak and I will be your Customer Care Representative throughout your move process. I am available for any questions whenever they arise. I will be in touch with you prior to any activity that is scheduled and I will communicate with you on your packing and loading dates to insure all your expectations are being met.
I have 20 years of experience in the moving industry. I worked at Allied Corporate in Operations and I am familiar with that side of the business. I know the challenges that can arise and how to best avoid them. I also have moved numerous times due to the fact my husband's job had us move every 2 or 3 years when we were first married. Therefore I know the pressures of moving a family and how to prevent additional burdens to our customers. When it comes to servicing our customers, we simply treat you as we would like to be treated.
I have been employed by Reebie since May of 2006 and have been recognized as the Sales Department employee of the Year in 2007. I have also been awarded quarterly recognition for performance every quarter for the last 18 months.
