Hello, my name is Cindy Bigeck and I will be your Customer Care Representative throughout your move process. I am available for any questions or concerns whenever they arise. I will be in touch with you prior to any activity that is scheduled and I will communicate with you on your packing and loading dates to insure all of your expectations are being met.
I have 23 years of experience in the moving industry which includes Driver Qualifications, Surveying, Estimating and Customer Care.
I have been employed by Reebie Storage and Moving for a total of four years. I currently coordinate National Account and Private Transferee customers. I have learned the challenges that can arise during a relocation and the pro-active follow through that it requires to avoid them and I have a true passion for quality customer service.
