Hello, my name is Patricia George and I will be your Customer Care Representative throughout your move process. I am available for any questions whenever they arise. I will be in touch with you prior to any activity that is scheduled and I will communicate with you on your packing and loading dates to too insure all your expectations are being met.
I have over 27 years of experience in the moving industry. I worked at Allied Corporate in Operations and I am familiar with that side of the business. I know the challenges that can arise and how to best avoid them. Most recently, I have worked in the international segment of the business learning the intricacies associated with custom regulations and the emotional strain involved with transferring someone to an overseas country. It is this knowledge that has made me empathetic to a relocating family and learned how to prevent additional burdens to our customers. When it comes to servicing our customers, I simply treat you as I would like to be treated.
