We scheduled 4 hours for a move and the crew finished exactly on time! Our crew was Torres, Francisco, and Nelson and they were outstanding to work with. I would not hesitate to hire again.

Take heart! Before our move. I checked Google and Yelp and was. frankly, concerned by the user reviews. Of EVERY mover. Almost every one of them was very negative, no matter the company. But

then I stepped back and checked the numbers. With few exceptions, there were no more than 150 reviews of a mover. But these national franchise guys must do 150 moves - at least - each week- So it seemed very likely that the vast majority of reviews were done by folks who had had a bad experience - trust me. If things go well, you have a lot more important things to do than write an on-line review. Our move went well and the only reason I got around to posting this is that I had added a reminder to my

calendar. Our move ended about 30 days ago. Our Reebie estimator was on time and fairly accurate as to the weight of our items. The moving crew showed up as scheduled. protected our floors, did no damage our walls, packed our beds and artwork (we did the other 194 boxes), and were out in under 2.5

hours. In that time, they also packed and removed a piano that they will be storing for us for four years.

When we were ready to close, we called and they gave us a four-day window for delivery and arrived on Day 3. Again, they were timely and careful. They were easy to work with in checking-in each Item against the list of items shipped. We only needed about 10 minutes to dig through the stacks of boxes to find about five items that were either un-numbered for some reason or which I had missed.

Damages: Two items were slightly damaged as they crew was re-assembling them. They used power tools to reattach mirrors to furniture In the bedrooms. In each case, they managed to push a screw too far and it came out through the front of the mirror's frame. The damage was minor and we fixed it with a bit of pushing and Old English. No big deal to us, but you might have been upset. One thin-walled glass vase was broken. But we had packed it and there was no damage to the box so. my-bad. (A dozen other pieces of crystal arrived without damage as did all of our China. several Gobble figurines, 40+ pieces of crystal glassware and all of the art that they packed. A family heirloom, 2-foot, handmade, wooden model of a sailing ship was specially crated and delivered without damage to It or its glass case.)

As for improvements. there were some misunderstandings through the process as they occasronally used jargon (not intending to confuse, but that was the effect) or failed to explain what was going on, as in why did they send me a new estimate just before delivery. It took a few inquiries to learn that they are required to by law after Items are in storage for 180 days. Their data processing system could use a tweak or two. They are properly billing us monthly for storing the piano - each bill showing an amount due, despite the fact that I pre-paid for the entire year. They tell me that their system cannot do otherwise. 80, In summary, there were no surprises as to pricing or servtces. And they were usually quick to answer phone calls and emails. The crews were careful, neat. and courteous. AII-in-all. a fairly painless experience. so don't lose heart.

I engaged Reebie/Allied for my move from Chicago to Toronto in Canada.
From the very beginning of this engagement, I knew I made the right choice. Pete arrived early to the initial assessment. He was professional and had a great personality. I felt comfortable working with him immediately. I was particularly impressed that he came with a summary of his experience and offered references! I Throughout my entire journey, Pete and Angel were incredible advisers; asking questions along the way and even proactively reached out to me when I had forgotten some big decision dates.
The crews who performed the packing and move arrived early each day, and were efficient and professional to the point where it was actually better for me to not be there while they were working.
And then, you guys switched the entire plan for me hours after the planned 30 day storage delivery turned into a 2 hour storage engagement. You worked weekends and even on PTO while supporting family. I even received work from your team after midnight!
I must say though that the only reason I'm not leaving ?ve stars is due to the service across the border on the Canadian side. Frankly, the guy who delivered our stuff was literally negotiating with me to assemble my stuff for days before the delivery. And, on the delivery day, he was passive-aggressive as heck and actually insisted that we help with assembly!
I've been a Reebie/Allied customer for 20 years, but i can assure you that I am of?cially a Reebie/Allied customer for life!

I moved a one bedroom apartment on the second floor into a home with delivery of items to two floors. a garage and a basement. The back stairs in the apartment are a doozie, and I'll admit to having some furniture that's beastly to move (a 5' solid oak desk, a contour chair that was built in the 50's and weighs a million pounds, etc). Reebie sent three movers, and if I wasn't a disorganized mess still, I'd emember their names. Anyway, they showed up on time, in logo shirts, and were as polite and professional as I could imagine. All three followed me through my apartment (some items were not getting moved) and storage unit, and then they got to work. One did inventory while the other two started hauling. They were done
in no time, I actually did an hour and a half of work while they were packing the truck, and there was not a ding, a scratch, or even a curse from someone smacking their ?nger. In fact, they barely spoke at all except to give each other additional direction when needed. it was done before i knew it.
The move was from Chicago to Waupaca, Wl (about an hour west of Green Bay) and I drove up that night. They left the next morning, and were about 40 minutes late to the delivery window. I can't say I
blame them as they drove the truck through a monsoon to get there (it's over 3 hours in normal weather/tramc). Upon arrival, they covered the carpet and the hardwood in their delivery paths so they
would not make a mess with wet shoes. There is a chair lift in the stairwell and l was worried we would have to take it apart to move things upstairs, but they assured me that was not a problem. As they unloaded the truck, I did provide them with some direction as not all of my furniture was tagged with where it was to go, but for the most part, they knew where everything was going, and again, professional, super polite, and so quiet! This was super important to me because I am moving in with my 94 year old grandmother, and she was there. I did not want someone throwing my stuff around, banging up her walls, etc, and that didn't happen. She also said that they did a great job.
My bill did not change from my estimate. I read reviews on here and l was really a little freaked out about it the whole last week before my move. I swore that if things went well, I'd get on here and review. And everything went better than l could have imagined.
